f-350 super duty

Needed to purchase a new tire, went to Ford to get the exact tire that matches the other tires. All went well except the tire was expensive, an alternate was not orrered

Feedback on Rich Ford

I started looking through the USAA Car Buying Service, which referred me to several dealership. Jerome was the first to respond and then Jeff followed up with me shortly there after. The salesperson, Jeff, actually a normal guy, and the finance person, Ryan, were awesome. I would buy another car from Rich Ford in a minute.

Rich Ford..Lomas and Wyoming Blvd Albuquerque NM

I have been buying my cars here since 1999. I bring all my fords here for service including my 2017 F250 I bought in Mar this year. Like all other dealerships service levels go up and down. Recently this locations service has reached a level where I just can't complain. The crew there game me exactly the service I would expect after buying a new truck there. I saw service for people's older cars was great too. Keep things going the way they are at this location...I will keep coming back and refer friends.

Mbillm Ford Edge Review

I am a lead foot driver and had reservations about the 2.0 Eco Boost engine performance. It is a surprise. Plenty of power for freeway on ramps, even those that are up hill. Traveling up highway hills it is hard to detect when a downshift is necessary. In short, I'm pleased with the small engine that packs a lot of punch. My gripe with the buying process is NOT with the dealer or their personnel, it is with Ford Credit. I have a security freeze on my credit files and have had to lift the freeze for a transaction to complete the credit purchases. No problem until Ford Credit. For reasons that I don't understand, I had to completely remove the freeze in order for Ford Credit to obtain the necessary information from my credit files. That seems strange to me.

It was a great experience. The dealership helped tremendously to get me to what I could afford. Would highly recommend buying from Rich Ford, and Tim was very helpful.

A great car buying experience

Everyone involved in my purchase of a new Ford Edge was terrific. My salesperson, MK, was knowledgeable about every aspect of the purchase and did a thorough delivery, which I greatly appreciated. Ford Escape

Tony is the best service maintenance gentleman. He tells me what needs to be done and what can wait, he also lets me know if there are coupons so i get even more of a discount. i will always bring my car to him.

Vehicle Service

We purchased our vehicle at Rich Ford and take it there for service (great sales team). The professionalism at the service department is great. They are very helpful and take time to listen. I love my Ford Edge and would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle there when the time comes.
