Lincoln Service

Excellent service. Took great care of my car. Told me I needed tires. I will be back for those. During a time of Covid it was nice to see a wonderful waiting room with spaces to relax while waiting for my car.

Too much time

The service was great except for the time it took to complete the oil change. The service technician stated it would be an hour and a half even though we had made an appointment thats pretty ridiculous.

We were waited on quickly and the service was done in a good amount of time. We are very happy with the service all around. The crew were all very nice and very attentive.

All's well that ends well

Bought a 2020 Explorer from Rich Ford. Spent more time there than I planned or desired mainly due to the sales manager. Don't have his name...tall dude. I made it clear I was prepared to buy. Brought in vehicles to be traded in. First offer from sales manager was $10,000 off from my projections. So I did what every buyer should do and I walked. Within 2 minutes, the salesman texted me an offer much closer to my projections. It's a shame that the sales manager felt he had to play this game. Fortunately I liked my sales person. Good kid! I consciously paid more than my projections hoping that he would personally benefit.

2020 explorer purchase

I was looking for a new Ford Explorer. The sales team were professional and not pushy, Addie was our sales professional and was extremely helpful. Management was respectful and helpful as well.

Extremely fast!!!!

Came in at the Ed of the day for an oil change cause I had very little time, expecting to be stuck there for at least 2 hours. Maybe 30 minutes and I was on my way home. Service was awesome, polite, precise and perfect. Thank you for making my day by accommodating my evening!!!!!

Oil change

I went OK! I have nothing to say. All that was done was an oil change. Did not require any additional services. As for air filters I can replace it at a cheaper rate.

Rich Ford, Albuquerque, NM

We purchased a 2020 F250. We worked with John Bell, he spent a lot of time making the deal work for us. We were pleased to find a vehicle that was what we were looking for, John Bell worked to get us what we wanted, and worked to get a price that we were willing to pay. If we were purchasing another truck we would go back to Rich Ford and work with John Bell again!
