This place sucks.

This place sucks. They’re thieves. Tried to screw me out of an extra $4000 at purchase then won’t warrant the warranty work. Don’t do business there

Worse place I’ve ever bought a vehicle from.

Worse place I’ve ever bought a vehicle from. First the Salesman Gage tried to screw me out of an extra $4000. I’ve had issues with the Transmission from day one. They refuse to do anything about it even after admitting it’s an Engineering problem. Then they say they can’t find anything wrong. N Xs it’s give it 6:00 minute warm up period for the fluid to fill back up that drained off when it was just settling over nite. Please spread this with everyone so people can see the difference in hard working people and people with money. They have no morals. God knows their names

I had a very phenomenal experienced with my new Crain GMC Conway Dealership this month. My heartfelt of gratefulness towards the team that handled my business transaction, Forever grateful to Jay Brooks for finding the right car for me and Jacob Boyd, these are the best two people that help me make my dream come true of owning my starter of brand new BUICK ENCORD GX, I love my new car because it drives really well on the road, they have great audio, very safe work car for me. Great price and great deals, I get the total package to save me from future headache, I included the GAP insurance, and Maintenance as well, I am beyond thankful for owning a beautiful car with them, I highly recommend this fantastic dealership from all my family and friends. Don?t wait and today is the best day to get your dream car with these place. My agent went all the way to make things happened. The dealership was easy to work with and Isaiah Criswell

The dealership was easy to work with and Isaiah Criswell was an excellent salesperson. I was extremely busy with work and I was able to complete the sale online and they delivered the Encore to me when it was convenient for me. I also thought the price was very fair for the vehicle that I purchased. I couldn't ask for anything more.
