Superior Service Patrick Hornef

I have known Patrick for years. I've sent many clients, family members and colleagues to him to purchase vehicles (I host major events in NM and I'm a leader of my HOA). This is because my family and I TRUST him. These reviews are despicable and are passive aggressive. Garcia Infiniti takes pride in their inventory and are like no other dealer in NM. I'll continue leasing vehicles and referring clients to HIM as long as I possibly can. Thank you for your professionalism and diligent way of handling us as YOUR clients.

Good Sales and Services with Patrick Hornef

I have had my Infiniti for just over a year and have 32,000+ miles on it. Love the car and the sales and services has been great. Patrick Hornef is my service advisor and is always pleasant and very efficient. I will most likely replace my Infiniti with Infiniti when the time comes. Recently had to rent a Camry for a couple days and must say I feel my Infiniti is a more solid feeling vehicle and much quieter on the road. Overall very impressed with both my vehicle and with Garcia Infiniti.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I called to schedule an appointment for my 2007, FX 35. Tony took my call and made the scheduling easy. When I arrived for the appointment he was there to greet me and my husband. He took us into his office, explained what to expect then took us on a tour of the facility. We settled in to the very modern and comfortable waiting area. My husband quickly found the remote for the wall mounted smart tv. The facility offers a very generous refreshment center that is complimentary to customers. When the work on my car was complete Tony again went over the invoice in detail and explained everything in clear "non repair person" language. He stated that my car was being taken in to be washed and would be ready in 15-20 minutes. True to form it was! Outstanding customer service and extremely clean facility.

Excellent Service

Garcia Infiniti took great care of me and my car. Not only did they assess the problem quickly, my vehicle was fixed within a couple of hours. The service rep and service manager was in constant contact. I highly recommend using them.

Exceptional service, great people

I learned about the folks at Garcia Infinity from my good friends who highly recommended I see them to buy my first luxury car. Patrick, Tosh and Tony (at service, repairs) made my experience at Garcia Infinity one of the best I've ever had in terms of buying a car. Before landing at Garcia, I had visited many luxury dealerships, only to be treated like a number. At Garcia, I was approached with respect, care and exceptional professionalism from the first moment I walked into the dealership to test drive a car. Most dealerships treat you like a customer, someone who represents sales and dollars. Not at Garcia....it is clear that Patrick and Tosh enjoy their work, genuinely enjoy their product and hold their customers in high positive regard.

Purchase experience was pleasant and efficient

My purchase of a used Infiniti M37S was a pleasure at Garcia Infiniti. From the initial test drive with knowledgeable salesperson Rachel to finalizing the deal and trade with Shane I was treated with friendliness and respect. They were thoughtful of my time and worked to ensure a positive experience. They were low pressure but offered services that were appropriate and priced right. On a busy Saturday they worked like a well oiled machine. My vehicle was delivered by a Tosh who was a pleasure as well. Carlos Garcia reminded him of an issue with the car that was resolved the following business day. I love my new car and look forward to experiencing this same level of service for years to come.

These guys get it!!

I just purchased a 2014 Q50h from these guys last week. My sales rep was Patrick. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful and selecting the right car. They took the necessary time to answer all of my questions and went out of their way to ensure I found the right car to fit my goals and budget. Carlos helped work the final details on the numbers and provided a fair deal without the usual games. I worked with Pete when it came time to do the paper work. He made the process quick and painless. He offered the extended maintenance programs and a fair price without being pushy. I would highly recommend this dealer and will be back to see them in a few months when I am ready to replace the wife's car as well.

Great Dealer

I just purchased recently purchased a 2014 Q50h from them, working with Patrick. He was very helpful and selecting the right car. They took the time to answer all of my questions and went out of their way to ensure I found the right car. Patrick and Carlos presented and fair deal without having to go through a long drawn out negotiation process. I highly recommend them and I buy from them again.

Best Car Buying Experience

Over the years we have purchased dozens of vehicles. Without a doubt, this was the best experience ever. Al answered all of our questions, was attentive and good about following up, but not at all pushy. We love our new QX60!
