I was out of there with the deal finished in just over 3 hours. Usually a car deal takes hours and hours. Also, I was called to come back the next day to re-do the paperwork because you got me a lower interest rate.

Tremendous Service Staff
My Service Advisor was highly professional and extremely transparent with his recommendations. Specifically, I feel as if I became more educated on rotor maintenance with my F150 and why I would potentially need to change them out.

Great Personalized Service
In the past I had received rude treatment from service reps at Turner's Ford. I had sworn to never go back to this Ford service department again. Rich and Ben at the Quicklane convinced me in to give it another try and work through Larry. Larry changed my mind! He spoke to me respectfully, not treating me like I was car stupid while explaining what was wrong with our SUV. He kept me well informed of the progress being made on the repairs. The service was amazing! The SUV is running better with all of our concerns addressed. I now will not hesitate to bring our Ford and our newly acquired Lincoln to Power Ford. Larry won us back over!

Quality Service Department
Within the last 2 months, I have had major repairs on both of my vehicles. One repair was caused by the carelessness if another service department. Even though I had to leave each vehicle for a week or more, the quality of the work was well worth the wait! My dealings with Ben and Matt were more than satisfactory. 2011 Ford Expedition
I had been shopping for a Ford Expedition for a few months. I found what I was looking for at Cars.com, I sent the email requesting information about the car and received a call from the dealership.
