A TEN DEALERSHIP
well first let me say we have done business with Vandergriff Chevrolet in Arlington since 1998. I have never been happier with a dealership. They have never disappointed or frustrated us . The staff is always courteous and thoughtful. we had issues with my car recently and they got us right in the shop and treated us with the extreme care, respect and gracious results. We definitely will continue to do business with them and highly recommend our family and friends to their location. Especially , thank you. Charlie Lewis for keeping me updated and being a caring advocate for us. Thank you for your prompt attention and return of our car. Thank you to Charlie Pace , the mechanics and all other staff involved. I would also like to thank the owner Rick Cantalini for having such a great staff and dealership. You made this family extremely grateful to all of you. GOD bless you all abundantly. This dealership is 10 AND ROCKS!!!!!

EXTENDED WARRANTY FRAUD
I was completely misled and taken advantage of by a finance manager at this dealership regarding the extended warranty for my vehicle. Despite my explicit request for a warranty that would run the full length of my 6 years of ownership, I was sold a warranty that started from the date of purchase and ended a year after the manufacturer's warranty would end. Given that I purchased a brand new vehicle with a factory warranty, it makes no financial sense for me to have purchased an extended warranty, and I would never have agreed to it if I had been told the truth. I feel completely betrayed and taken advantage of by this dealership. When I attempted to address the issue, I was met with dismissiveness and hostility from the finance manager. He refused to let me speak with higher management and tried to brush off the situation as if it was too late to do anything about it. This dealership needs to understand that their actions are unacceptable and have consequences. Under Texas law, the statute of limitations for fraud is 7 years, and they are still legally responsible for the fraudulent behavior of one of their employees. The fact that the finance manager who committed the fraud is no longer employed at the dealership does not absolve them of their responsibility. I demand that this dealership take responsibility for their actions and rectify this situation immediately. If they refuse to do so, I will take the necessary steps to escalate the matter and seek justice, including contacting General Motors, the Better Business Bureau, and the State Attorney General's Office.

We do want our customers to be aware of all of their options when it comes to warranties they can purchase; however, we never want them to feel pressured into purchasing them. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with these add-ons, and we would like to see what can be done to address your concerns. Please contact Reggie Carter at RCarter01@vtaig.com at your earliest convenience so we can address your concerns.

Mislead after Leasing a vehicle
After sharing a problem that I had from my past leased experience to lease a vehicle from Vandergriff, I was told by my sales representative that I would not experience that kind of situation with them. After signing all my lease papers and driving home with my new leased vehicle, I thought everything was correct to my satisfaction. After receiving my license plates and registration sticker that was mailed to Vandergriff from the DMV and Vandergriff forward the licensing plates to my address, I knew my License Plates were registered in the Company name and not in my name. The very reason I went to Vandergriff was to undo the last lease because of this problem I was having with my license plates register in the company’s name. ( the situation was later corrected with the other leasing dealership). I have been verbally told over and over that I am not the owner of this leased vehicle is the reason my license plates are registered in the owner’s name from employees and employer at Vandergriff. According to the information given to me on leasing that leasing was the same process as buying. The only difference is you don’t own the vehicle and you can own it after your lease is up. Leasing is processed the same way as if you are buying a vehicle. There is no difference in the process. The playing on words (you don’t own this car) loophole, I have had to endure reflection of an image of being a second class citizen that paints an image of leasing a vehicle is less valuable because you are not buying a vehicle. Therefore, when leasing you don’t have the same privilege and opportunity as buying a vehicle. Registration of license plates are processed differently when leasing. I have visited the dealership trying to solve this issue I thought was corrected. I have been treated rudely, ignorantly and laughed at while visiting this dealership. I have tried calling and leaving a messages without returning my call. I was told to stop calling because I have been told I don’t own the vehicle and there was nothing they couldn’t do for me. I have been gas lighted by employees saying I have been rude and disrespectful to their employees. This is not true. I have been giver wrong and misleading information on leasing a vehicle vs buying and I am not happy paying and driving a leased vehicle and psychologically feeling like leasing a vehicle means you have less privileges and legal rights as owning a vehicle.I was told I was borrowing a vehicle. Everyone at Vandergriff (employee/employer) is in agreement with this unethical behavior and there is no one I have been able to talk to professionally concerning this situation. I didn’t wish this type of treatment on any customer. My lease purchase with Vandergriff was unappreciated

Cecy was AMAZING to say the least.
Cecy was AMAZING to say the least. She comforted my nerves. She was informative, patient, and friendly. I was offered a water. When I listed out the features that I wanted in a vehicle, she immediately pointed out the one that I spotted on the dealer website. Talk about good saleswomanship! I am truly humbled and amazed by my experience. I will refer future customers and this dealership has sold me for life. Also, a special shout out to Kagen for his patience, kindness, knowledge and the warranty!

I made an inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in
I made an inquiry on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and Emily D'Adam promptly got in touch with me to discuss my needs. She was very knowledgeable, and certainly very helpful, as she answered each and every question I had for her. In my experience, the entire process of buying a new car was as stress-free as I could have possibly hoped for. Thank you, Emily!
