Did a great job quick and efficient service and on time we will come back again

My car wasn't ready when it should have been and I was waiting for it. To make matters "worse", it was supposed to be ready and I would just be able to make some other commitments I had for that afternoon, when, while waiting on the car to be brought out, they said they had some issues with it. Not a happy customer really. BUT...and this is why the 5 stars..stuff happens, they caught it before releasing the car to me, AND, given my obligations that afternoon, grabbed a loaner for me to use since they weren't quite sure when they'd fix the issue that had popped up! I didn't have to get angry or demand anything, they immediately suggested it to help me get on my way! And THAT is true customer service! My other encounters with Chalmers were also very good. I'll continue to go back as long as that level of customer service is maintained!

Mark handled my oil change most efficiently and explained everything that was completed during the visit. He also reviewed the other areas of my car that might need future service.

Diego Sanchez my Service Advisor , was outstanding—he clearly explained the time frame and cost, and even helped arrange transportation back to my home. I truly appreciated his professionalism and assistance.

Making an appointment was simple. When I arrived, they got to work right away and checked everything out thoroughly.

Salesman was knowledgeable which is a rarity these days. Prices ok, not great. Delivery/set up good. So far at 160 miles vehicle ok.
