Rick is an excellent sales rep. He is always looking to get the best deal for you. The communication with him is outstanding; he replies email, text, or calls right away. This is the 5th vehicle we get from him, and as long as he works there I’ll stay making business with him.

I bought a used vehicle from Cogswell, expecting the good quality I have come to expect from a new dealership. The person who handled the paperwork was high pressure, coercive and overly lengthy. I found a number of issues with the vehicle that I feel the dealership knew about and didn't disclose or fix, including a deeply scratched windshield, which only appeared dirty initially. Likely why they didn't wash the car before I picked it up, so that it wasn't apparent. I expect a few issues with a used car, but expect that a new car dealership preps the vehicle well and takes care of most issues. Part of the interior trim had been reattached with a rather large screw, rather than fixed properly. Several other issues came to light also. My salesperson was honest and helpful. However, I won't shop here again.

Everyone that I talked to while at this dealership was amazing and so kind. There are no hidden fees behind the cars that they say and it is amazing. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a Ford.
