We have dealt with Pam Thompson as our saleswoman for several years, buying three vehicles with her. She has always went way beyond what we have ever expected trying to find a vehicle that we wanted, and then working trying to make it fit our budget. I needed out of pocket repair after a parking lot collision. Caleb was very helpful and thorough getting me an estimate and then explaining additional work that may need to be done. He also showed me when the work was finished, what had been done and why. I liked the follow up. Michelle was very helpful scheduling the appointment and then rescheduling when something came up on my end. My car looks great. I'm very happy with the work. I will tell everyone about my great experience with Harry Robinson Body Shop. I only gave a four star rating on the price because I had to pay for it myself. But if I ever need a body shop again, it will be Harry Robinson. Very laid back atmosphere, but very professional. A great combination.

Pam Thompson has been there for us since we purchased our vehicle nearly one year ago. We also bought another vehicle this year as well. She has kept in touch and kept up with the events in our life. We bought our Terrain when I was 4 months pregnant and she has met and held my daughter when we come in for service. We have been waiting on the chance to send more business her way!
