Harry Robinson GMC Buick

Went into the dealership to look at used cars. Deanna Thornburg was very knowledgeable on the used car that I had looked at. Then she also mentioned new cars and that there were a lot of rebates and things that I might want to look at them. So I did. found just what I wanted and within my budget great price great trade in price so now instead of owning a newer model used car I own a brand new one. She was not pushy or anything that I have experience from other places. Would advise anyone to go to Harry Robinson Buick GMC and buy from Deanna Thornburg. I will be telling all my friends and family. Thank you for all your help. Without your help I wouldn't be driving my brand new car that I really love.

My bumper was damaged by another vehicle. I took the vehicle to the Harry Robinson Collision Center for treatment. Caleb was helpful, and I received fast, professional and friendly service. I'll be back.

Great experience! Was not sure what I wanted to purchase and was shown various options by Derek. He was knowledgeable and patient with me during this process. I looked at numerous vehicles and he was there as my salesman, going the extra mile to assist me. When it came to the closing the sale, Jackie was amazing. She listened to my buying circumstances and went the extra mile to win me over as a customer. She closed the deal with her passion and knowledge about cars including showing me the Carfax. They did a great job, and I am leaving a happy, satisfied customer.

I brought my 11 year old Buick in which has over 231000 miles and still runs great for regular oil change when I met Jack Dean who spent half the day with me to find something that I would be comfortable with. We love Jerry Corley. Great customer service! He made the sale process easy over the phone. When we got to the dealership their waiting room was amazing. I have an eleven year old and a four year old. There were train tables, board games, and video games to keep them entertained while we finished paperwork. Nice restroom facilities. Just a nice fluid process overall. Had to return a week later for a new water pump. They had a bay waiting when we got there and a nice SUV already cooled down and ready to go.
