I went to BOB MOORE on 04/02/2026 and purchased a 2018 ford explorer that was a trade in, after only a week the check engine light came on, I took the explorer back to Bob Moore two days later and I still do not have my car back after a month!!! this is horrible, this is the worst car buying experience of my life. Every time I ask about the car they say the end of the week, the end of the week comes and still not ready, now I have a tag that is due on a car that i haven't even drove for two weeks. And after all of this I still don't know if there will be any type of charge or honestly of i even want the car anymore. I was given a rental that i twice the size of the car I bought and it is taking all of my money on gas!!! I'm truly unhappy!!!

Made an appt 2 weeks ago for 3/27/26. I arrive and am told the appointment is only to get in line, not to diagnose problem and that it would be an additional 48 hours not counting today, in other words tuesday of the following week. This needs to be mentioned when booking apps. I could have dropped it off on Monday and picked it up at the same time and not been without my truck over a 3 day weekend. Competing dealer is wrapping it up now, same day no appt. Do better when communicating with customers so we can plan accordingly.

Everyone i dealt with at Bob Moore Ford in Okcy was very friendly. Robert Hooks, the salesman i bought my pickup was very knowledgeable and neither he or the sales manager tried to pressure me at all. I will recommend them to my friends.

Bob Moore Ford shows zero concern for customers once the sale is complete. The managers and sales staff were completely unhelpful, and they refuse to stand behind the wrecked, unsafe truck they sold me. They pushed the paperwork through before disclosing the accident, and now they won’t take responsibility for the vibration, shaking, and safety issues the truck has. Multiple dealers won’t even take it on trade because of the accident history. Buyer beware—inspect everything and make sure you are completely satisfied before signing anything, because they won’t help you afterward.
