Chris was very helpful while we were looking for a vehicle. He did his his best to make our time there quick and painless. I believe that he went all out for us and is still working some last minute issues. I suggest that he deserves a promotion!

I was referred to this dealer by my bank and am very...

I was referred to this dealer by my bank and am very pleased with the level of service I received. Rick Newsome helped us find the right van for us showing us many different models and testing two different vehicles. He knew one of the vehicles we were looking at was not the best fit, but he allowed us to come to that decision for ourelves instead of trying to pressure us to what he thought was best. I would definately come back to Rick for help when it comes time to replace or other vehicle. He was extreemly friendly and we really appreciated that there was no pressure placed on us by him. Now for the one short fall of the entire experience. When it came time for financing and paper work the manager we worked with was very very pressure oriented which I could not stand. He constantly nagged me about why I did not want their additional services they offered and would not take no for an answer. This was very unprofessional. Also asking a simple question such as how much is the bottom line for the car he would not answer. I almost walked out in the middle of the sale and went somewhere else because of how awful his customer service skills where. They did resolve the issue when a higher level manager stepped in to explain everything. But it should not have had to come to that. Other than that one hiccup in our experience overall I am very happy with David Stanley Dodge and our salesman Rick Newsome. Thank You for a great car and an excellent price.

I had a really great experience at David Stanley Dodge...

I had a really great experience at David Stanley Dodge car shopping. I had no idea that the day I walked onto their car lot that i would be driving away in a new vehicle. My car salesman Chris Patterson was really awesome. He was highly educated on the vehicle that was shown to me, had a great personality and very friendly. I felt very comfortable with him and I could tell he loved his job and the people he works with on a daily basis. Im glad that I went to David Stanley Dodge on 8/17/2012. I feel like I made a wise decision to purchase a vehicle from them and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car. Im one happy customer. :-)

We had a good visit to DSD. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Mike Champion did a fabulous job helping me Saturday morning in the rain get my stuff out of my old car and into the new one. He also helped me set up my phone and showed me the features inside the car. Mike went out of his way b/c my original salesman couldn't make it in Saturday. Thanks Mike!

Melanie was super friendly and helpful. She has a great personality. Tre was very helpful as well. The only down side of yesterday was the wait, but that had nothing to do with either of them. They were great. I would recommend this dealership to friends. They have a great selection.
