Great service from Asheville BMW

I have been a customer of Asheville BMW since 2011 when I purchased a new 2011 BMW X-3 and since have purchased a 2014 BMW X-3. This particular review is about the service I have received on my BMW?s through the service advisor Norman Locey. I have always found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the service department. He has always gone out of his way to provide timely information and assistance with whatever I need from service and has followed up to be sure I am totally pleased with the response of his department in meeting my needs. I highly recommend the Asheville BMW service department.

Excellent service at BMW Asheville

I recently experienced an engine issue on my BMW X3 while traveling in western North Carolina from southern Florida. I called BMW Asheville to set up an appointment and was attended by Norman Locey of the Service Dept. The experience from beginning to end was outstanding. He set up the appointment immediately, the problem was quickly identified and corrected, and I was able to use a loaner car to sightsee for the few hours it took to correct the problem. Norman is a courteous, efficient and service-oriented person. A real asset to BMW Asheville and a pleasure to work with.

My husband had an outstanding experience with his BMW purchase from Javier Escobar. So much so, that when I was unsuccessful working with other local dealers to secure a Mazda MX5 Miata, I called Javier just in case he could point me in the right direction. Javier found the exact car I wanted in about 3 days and had it ready for delivery shortly thereafter. The whole experience was exciting and fun! Javier and the entire Asheville team are a pleasure to work with and I will call them first for any future car needs!

The best service department

Norman and the service department simplify every aspect of service. Scheduling, transportation/loaner cars, airport transfers. He is a make it happen guy and completely removes any inconvenience from the process. I recently had an issue with my sunroof while out of town, I called Norman, he worked me in the next morning and had my car repaired sooner than expected. The positive service component of BMW Asheville keeps me as a return customer.

Great Service at BMW of Asheville

We have a great relationship with Norm Lacey in the service department! He is always more than happy to accommodate our schedule since we live 1 1/2 hours away. I usually bring our yellow Labrador COOPER and we appreciate their pet friendly atmosphere.

BMWs Are the Best!

BMW has been my car of choice for the past 30 years, and they are great! I'm a Realtor & put a lot of miles on a car. Keeping them serviced regularly, I never have a problem. Norman Locey sets up my service appointment when I either call or email him. He sees that my car gets in and out as promised, keeping me informed along the way. Sometimes I wait in their nice waiting area (with WiFi & charging station), and sometimes I need a loaner--which is always a new BMW. What a great experience with BMW of Asheville!

Norman Locey,Great Service Mgr. at BMW Asheville

I have driven only the 5 series BMW since 1984 and still believe they are the best car on the road for safety, comfort, and value. We recently moved from Texas to the Asheville area and that is when I met Norman Locey. Norman is always very friendly and reviews exactly the service items required and carefully listens to any questions I may have. The one particular thing I like about Norman is that I always feel he uses his knowledge for my benefit by ensureing ONLY those items suggested for maintenance are truly needed and if not, we put it on the list for next time. In my opinion, Norman will be one of the big reasons I will continue to go back to Asheville BMW not only for serice but for the next BMW I buy.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

I stopped at BMW of Asheville to just browse the cars they had available and test drive a BMW. I had planned out an entire Saturday for just searching for the perfect fit, and even planned on going to multiple dealerships. Robert Wood was our salesman and was exceptional. I had an idea of what I wanted in an SUV and he showed me my options. He was never pushy, and encouraged us to take our time test driving. He was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure me and my husband found the perfect fit. Once we decided on the X3 the rest of the process was so effortless, easy and pleasant. Every individual we came in contact with was so accommodating and kind to us. I've bought several cars previously and this was the best experience I've ever had buying a car!
