Top Notch Service Dept and Staff

Michael Carley is my service advisor. He is always helpful, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. If Mike or any of the staff at BMW of Asheville recommend a service for my 5 series, I know it's something that I should do. I only service my BMW here, it is a 2008 model. I have yet to have it fail me, starts everytime I crank it. I keep the maintenance up, Mike and Jatin (Service Mgr) make sure my car is in top shape. The automobile aspects of my life, stay in order without headaches because of BMW of Asheville and its staff. Really a pleasure to be here and do business together.

Working with family

No pressure at all! It was like working with family. Questions answered great and no pressure financing. We talked through add on’s and got what made sense. Why are more dealers not like this. Will buy from them again for sure!

Immediate service saved the day

I had just merged into the southbound lane of traffic on I 26 East when I ran over something very small on the road. It was small but mighty. It punctured the L/H front tire and it went down very quickly. We limped into the dealership and was greeted promptly by Mike Carley. He wrote the repair order immediately, checked parts inventory for the tire, worked me into the system and had me back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. The service area was very clean, staff was very professional and courteous, and they genuinely made us feel like they appreciated our business. After managing the Fixed Operations Departments of 17 New car dealerships (Chain operator) for over 30 years I know how to spot an efficient operation. This one fit the criteria very well. You will not go wrong by frequenting this dealership. Mike was also extremely good at his job.

Best Dealership I’ve Known

BMW of Asheville is just terrific. Leasing a vehicle from them was a pleasant and painless experience — even during Covid. And the service program is just as good. From knowledgeable reps who take good care of you to free washes and gourmet complimentary lunches — you can’t get much better than this.

Great Dealership , Greater Staff

David our sales rep was great! He walked us through each step of the process. Katie showed us all the features of the car and was very helpful. The lady in finance was very helpful and didn't pressure us like other dealers have in the past. It was a great all around experience!

Great Service

My BMW Asheville service experience this week and over the past 9 years have all been handled through my service advisor, Norman Locey. I have found Norm to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable of the vehicle, and he follows up on any questions/issues for which he does not have a fact based answer. He has been considerate and accommodating of my personal needs/scheduling issues when possible. I have not found other dealerships, regardless of the brand(MB, etc.), or location in the US to provide better service!

The auto dealer you want to avoid.

Worst service in all of WNC. Avoid at all costs. Overpriced. They never answer the phone and they never let you talk to the guys who work on your car. Complete jerks.

Norman helped me out today when I brought in my car for an emission recall. He was courteous, professional and friendly. BMW Asheville has the greatest service, they are the best.

Mike was great!! Patiently explained at every step of the way. I sat and worked in the showroom with the wifi and my headset, just like working from home. Definite recommendation
