They are experts on GM and they care about their community and their customers. It's hometown folks helping hometown folks at Lee Chevrolet! There years of experience and the deep ties to Eastern NC make going here always a positive experience.

Scheduled an appointment for a front-end alignment on a Tuesday. Lady says they can do it Friday at 2pm. I say thank you & that'll be just fine. I make sure to give the woman I'm speaking with the information about my truck that she asks for. Also, I explain to her that my truck has a small suspension lift on it & the tire size, she says no problem. I'm there 2pm Friday & another woman says they can't do it because my truck has aftermarket parts on it. Wth, really? Wasted my day, my time & and money I could've made by working instead of fooling around with them. I'll never go back. They woman's name is Samantha & she doesn't know what she's doing. And she was extremely rude.

Took my car in at 9am to have oil leak checked. Stopped in at 130pm because I hadn't gotten any communication. Was told the girl I needed to talk to was at lunch at would call me right away. At 4pm still no call. I called twice. First time I was disconnected. Second time I was on hold for over 5 min. When Samantha came on the line she said she hadn't done my quote yet and would call me right back. At 430 I called the manager. She took 10 min to get my quote. I asked them to lock my keys in the car so I could pick it up and was then told there is a $65 diagnostic fee that I wasn't informed of that morning. Every person I talked to gave me a different excuse as to why it took so long. I never got a text or phone call with any updates. Worst customer service. I won't go back.

Lee Chevrolet has always taken care of me since I purchased my Colorado. A great group of people. They have also helped me with replacing the tires on a GM vehicle with a very competitive price that rivals traditional tire stores.

Always a great experience when my vehicle has to go into for maintenance at Lee Chevrolet. They always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I have a vehicle to drive, regardless of class of work I may be having done, Pricing is fair and employees outstanding. Always A+++

Nicole, Samantha, Ivey, Denise and Gay are always on their "A-Game" and customer satisfaction are always paramount. Other dealerships should take a lesson on customer satisfaction from this Master dealer.

I can't review their sales or even the quality of their service because I never got to that point. Scheduling the first available appointment (2 weeks out) and driving 30 minutes to be there first thing in the morning (8am), I was told to fix onstar and address the check engine light it would be a few hours. 6 hours later it hasn't been looked at. 4:30pm it hasn't been looked at. When I said I wanted to come pick it up I was suddenly told it was looked at and everything is OK. I arrive they wouldn't release it. The next morning I went to pick it up and get charged $106. They only reset the check engine light and did not address any of the other concerns. They then were not going to release it untill I signed that I declined to have the recalls that I was unaware of addressed. I would love to have recalls taken care of. This is a shady place that can't be trusted. I called a neighboring dealer service center and they will get it right in for me. I should post the dash cam footage.
