I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SIDE SHOW OF A BUSINESS, BOUGHT

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SIDE SHOW OF A BUSINESS, BOUGHT A 2018 GMC PICKUP A COUPLE A WEEKS AND THE VEHICLE HAD DAMAGE ON THE FRONT BUMPER, TOLD THE SALESMAN THAT HAD TO BE FIX OR THERE WAS NO DEAL, THEY SAID THEY COULD FIX IT , THEY TRIED PULLING OUT THE DENT IN THE CHROME BUMPER AND IT LOOKS TERRIBLE, GO TO PICK IT UP AND BASICALLY WAS TOLD SORRY THATS ALL THEY COULD DO WHEN THEY WAS PAID IN FULL(35000) UP FRONT, THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH AS FAR AS IAM CONCERNED, TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS IN MY OPINION, DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND GO TO DOUG HENERY AND TELL THEM BILLY SENT YOU

I'll be back

I ordered parts for a repair. Dropped off the car Tuesday morning, it was ready that same day. Come Friday Check engine light on again A/C off due to high engine temperatures. They were troubleshooting needless to say not on Target this time.

Excellent Communication

The communication between and Tim and Waverly was the best we have had in any line of business in years. Both called me back with answers in less than 30 minutes and went out of their way to keep us in the loop with any and every detail. They worked with the parts and service department to have our truck ready and installed accessories we wanted added before schedule pick up time without us having to babysit them one bit. This is how a business should operate and it definitely shows. Even being 2 hours away I will tell anyone and will contact them moving forward in purchasing vehicles and maybe even service if my local dealers don't get it together and work like this dealership does. Chevrolet/GM needs to take note on this dealership they know how to operate for the customer it was a breath of fresh air we have been looking for coming from a die hard Chevrolet family.

Beware of this dealer

Drove 70+ miles with my family to buy a minivan from this dealer. Could not initially agree on a price after 1 hour so we were walking out when Waverly stopped us. The difference in agreement was $749.00. He wanted to know why I was not flexible on my price and I stated that I would not finance more than a fixed amount. After speaking for a few more minutes, he told the salesman to go ahead and sell the van. 1 1/2 hours later the finance manager tells me the monthly payment and I inquired as to the figure I had agreed to verbally with Waverly ... turns out it was $249 higher than we had agreed. 2 1/2 hours later with a 6, 5 and 2 year old I had to now decide if $249 was worth wasting that amount of time. I decided that the amount of time we had already spent would be a waste for $249. However, this process showed the lack of integrity of Phelps and we will never do business together again. - FYI, the vehicle turned out to be missing several key parts that an initial walk through would not detect ... including a spare tire.
