DEF system put me in limp mode.

DEF system put me in limp mode....service needed, what should have been a simple code erase turned into a 200 diagnostic fee, no problem found. They couldnt get a service job out of me so they took 200 bucks for what should have been warranty

Very professional and quick.

Very professional and quick. I was able to explain everything I wanted and they were able to get me in the perfect car for me. Gave me a very good price on my trade in. Glad to be back in the Chevy family! Brett Pinkston was very informative and knew the answer to all my questions!

I went in on Saturday to Bob Howard with a very specific need in mind with a much lesser vehicle in mind. Taylor was my salesperson and Payton was the GM. Both individuals worked diligently to help ensure that I was able to meet my specific needs with a much nicer truck than I had in mind. They were both very patient in assisting me with my new purchase. Needless to say I was and am very happy with my purchase and would very much do it again.
