5 years ago I had a recall on my 2008 Ford Fusion. I set up Harlan Ford to do the repair work. I asked them to change the spark plugs for me while they had it. When I came to pick it up I had bill for over $500. I told the lady at the desk that was crazy. I will never go there again

The whole team was great. From our salesman Mike, to Shawn who found my car. And the rest of the team they made the whole experience painless and a very good experience. Definitely worth the hour drive from Tulsa. We'll definitely use them for our next vehicle.

Traveling through on to Galveston, Texas
We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.
