I was especially impressed with my salesman, Joseph Ortiz. He was very receptive when I told him what I needed and worked with me to find the best vehicle for the best price possible. Both he and the financial representative who closed the deal (I'm sorry. I don't remember his name.) were very conscientious in ensuring I had the knowledge I needed to operate my new Bronco and access the features that come with the vehicle. Yes, it was a business deal, but it was handled with conscientious caring.
