Sergio Heredia was our salesman and he did an excellent job from sending pictures and videos of vehicles we were prospectively looking at buying including service records. I would buy from your dealership using Sergios services again in the future and would definitely refer friends to him to help them.

Capitol Ford in Santa Fe NM is really responsive when trying to make the sale. After, good luck trying to get a call back. There is no customer service after the sale. I’m so disappointed by this dealership. I’ll never go back or recommend them to anyone. There are many others to choose from. What you’d think was a general practice such as checking for updates when fixing a recall is not. The recall was not repaired correctly and they took no responsibility for that.

We were well satisfied with our experience in purchasing a Bronco Sport last week. The salesman, Greg, was outstanding in balancing the task with his good nature. The financing manger, Christian, was patient with his process and it was almost fun conducting it on the large lighted board.
