I had great customer service from JC. He kept me informed all along the way with my repairs. My vehicle is in tip top shape now. I will get my repairs from Capitol Ford from now on.

Those in the service department were friendly and attentive. They took care of my 2 recalls. The other 2 concerns that I had about my vehicle were also looked into and resolved. I appreciated the ride home to the other side of town and the prompt return ride the next day.

Capitol Ford's service department is first class. Very attentive to details and at all times very professional.
