Horrible dealer for used cars.

Horrible dealer for used cars. We've bought new vehicles here. And I did the mistake to buy a used overpriced car. My mistake to think they inspect cars. They dont. They dont even detail. The car needed repairs first days of getting it. Could not return it they wouldnt fix it they were mean and rude and said it was as is. I didnt think lithia would sell cars that would need repairs right away. The manager derek and sales gilbert were very unfriendly. They screwed me in buying a car that shouldnt have been sold under false pretenses. Totally unreliable lithia. Only nice to screw buyers after its bye! Nice to take your hard earned money from you with a car that needs more than 500$ work plus new battery. Incompetent lithia team of wolves.

This place is bogus they are nice when your buying their

This place is bogus they are nice when your buying their used cars and then wont help or fix the cars problems. They sell un inspected vehicles not worth even half the price! I was cheated out of my money. I thought the car would be ok coming from top name dealer. I was wrong! I dont recomend this place. And the service dept is bad as well. When they checked why a emergency light came on. This whole place is unworthy of any business. They actually said theyd buy it back for under a third of what I paid. Very unreliable staff. They took my confidence in them and were rude and hateful. Why cant you look after customers not just what you can take them for? Unreliable lithia

Purchased a 2025 Rebel 2500 turbo Deisel from Lithia

Purchased a 2025 Rebel 2500 turbo Deisel from Lithia Santa FE. I drove 1,700 miles on it before the check engine light came on. It needed FIVE software updates and a control module replacement. It’s been in their service department for 2 weeks and I don’t even have an ETR. BEWARE don’t buy a new Rebel from this dealer until they and stelantis fix their issues. This dealer blames dodge but they took my trade in and cash and suckered me in to buying an extended warranty. If I had a do over, I would not use this dealer and I would let somebody else be Dodge’s “guinea pig”. This was Lithia’s service department name for me -the customer

Attempted to negotiate remotely in good faith for 2024

Attempted to negotiate remotely in good faith for 2024 Wrangler. The salesman Gilbert seemed confused regarding holding vehicle until I could test drive. Eventually said it could only be done if price agreed. Ok until adding Santa Fe package. Attempted to negotiate via email on Saturday and agreed talk again today and maybe reach a deal. Never called me back. Called him and he explained that there was nothing left to negotiate. Not impressed with the customer service of the salesman and the non negotiable corporate add ons as condition of sale. You lost a cash on the spot sale for a little over $1900. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Mike Ramsey

I bought a 2018 Power Wagon from this Dealership and as

I bought a 2018 Power Wagon from this Dealership and as soon as I got into it to drive home the engine light came on and since then nothing but excuses and lies from the GM Mr.Mike Garza and everyone in the service Department. My truck has not been fixed and now they dont answer or return calls or emails. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE,dishonest and lie to customers, anything to sell a vehicle.

Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! Jeep been there over 3 months to get new engine, said they waiting on extended warranty to get back to them, when it’s still under factory warranty! They will not return phone calls a most of time will not even pickup the phone by operator. While there my hood was damaged a they going put a patch job instead of replacing the hood. I get different story’s every time i talk with them. Do not waste ur time an money here, take it to a different state to be worked on!

Lithia Santa fe has the worst customer service I have

Lithia Santa fe has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. My pickup was down there because the front collision camera wouldn’t calibrate. They had safelite put in a windshield then tried again. Then said it needed a mopar windshield. They said the tech went on vacation but no one takes over their vehicles. I had to buy a mooar windshield from them and then safelite wouldnt install it so we got sick of the run around and picked up the truck, another windshield company asked why the were replacing a perfect windshield and come to find out it already was a mopar windshield. Took the truck to a dealership in Colorado and it was diagnosed in a day lithia had it for 3 months. The service manager was zero help along with their corporate office. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else you will thank me later. Customer service is not a priority and neither are you.
