Great experience
I was looking for a car and researching for several weeks and found Paramont ford had one but it was out of my price range. I went to just look at it anyway just to see maybe what options I could deal without to get a car that I had budgeted for. To make a long story short I drove the car home I wanted with all the options because they worked with me and got it in my price range!

I describe my experience ( July 12,2017)as great great great but even with those words that's not enough. My experience was peaceful no hassle patience & the biggest shark of all was that Cody my sales person came to pick me up because I had no way whatsoever of getting down there I never heard of this before. I thank God for Cody & Gabe. God put his angels in the right place at the right time to help me. They know my story . I had been without a car since December & I was desperate due to my mom's health issues I really needed my own transportation, the Lord blessed me to get the car that I love the payments even down to the color God bless me & worked it all out. I recommend Paramount Ford and Hyundai dealership in Valdese to anyone check out their website that's how I got in touch with them & by the leading of the good Lord. I woke up over in the night thought I was having a dream & then I fell back asleep & when I got up this morning I went outside it was not a dream my car was in the driveway thank you Cody & Gabe I appreciate you and may God's blessings fall upon you always.

Drove 30 minutes further for better service
The Ford dealer in our town acted like we were bothering them when asking about a 2017 Ford Explorer. My husband called Paramount, even though they are 30 minutes away, and got excellent service from Bob Eagle.

Run and Hide
I have been buying Fords from local dealers since 1994 and this is by far the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with.Had a bad experience with the finance dept when purchasing a truck they tried to change the agreement with out telling me" just sign here" he said.I walked out to be meet in the parking lot by Brent and JR .That was just a mistake we will take care off it and if you ever have any other problems just come to me I will do my best to help you they said. I know now I should have left then and never looked back but I bought the truck.Fast forward to six months later. Had a noise in the front hub took it in for service. Not covered under warranty the tech told me. Because I changed the wheels and tires and put a leveling kit on it.(They will only warranty them if they put them on Which they offered to do earlier when I bought it but didn't have the type wheels I wanted.Brent said it would be fine if I handled that myself) I told the tech to just talk to Brent or JR they would explain.Brent called the next day to tell me I must have bent or broke something and I would have to pay for the repair .The wheels and kit have been on there for 6 months no noise. They have a 20 year old boy who puts these on with little to no experience.I have twenty five plus years in automotive service with 5 yrs of tech school.So I will fix the problem myself and find a new ford place to do business and suggest that to any one else that asks.

I asked the service tech that day if I could speak to Brent or JR .He said they are off today then I asked to speak to his manager and he said he wasn't there either.So I told him to tell them to call me but didn't get a call till I sent Brent a private message to call me.I have talked to him several times since then in which he said the Ford place will not do anything for you but I will pay for it out of my pocket if you want me to.I declined and told him it was just the principle of the situation. I do 90% of my own service work and if they will buck me over a 70 dollar part whats going to happen if I have a bigger problem after all the service tech wrote on the receipt he gave me that I declined the 30000 mile service and this could void the remainder of my warranty.I have since replaced the part.
First Time Car Buyer
Paramiunt Ford Hyundai provided an excellent experience for a first time car buyer. I was so very surprised that Mark Engle and his crew was able to get me and afforedable monthly payment on my new car! I have very high expecations when it comes to purchasing a car, and they were able to accomodate every request I had down to new floor mats! I am loving my new car and will be back in the future!

Used truck purchase form Paramount Ford
I had a great experience with my salesperson Brent Buff on the first call. I aksed if the truck was still on the lot and if it was a smoker's truck previously. Brent called me back in less than 15 minutes with confirmation and indicated it was a trade-in, very clean, great shape and asked what else he could do. I drove down from Boone, took it for a spin, Brent offered the Car Fax sheet, we did a simple negotiation, worked through loan and sold. To top it off, Brent and a colleague drove the truck down form Valdese to Charlotte on Monday.....signed sealed and delivered. Great service all around, to include Mark Robinson. Many thanks!
