Highly recommended

Of the many, many car shopping and buying experiences I've had over the years, Volvo Cars of Cary is the best one I've experienced. Peter, my sales advisor, was extremely knowledgable. He helped me understand all of the features and infotainment system in the vehicle, and he helped me custom-build a vehicle to order. He kept me updated on the status of my order, and he has been very responsive to questions, even after I drove off the lot. Additionally, the finance process did not make me feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. I would highly recommend Volvo Cars of Cary, and I look forward to purchasing from here again in the future.

Great Sales Person

My salesperson Tamas Vecsi was fabulous. He was professional and courteous and made the process easy. I had an appointment to look at new Volvo S60s. I was not in the market to buy for another 3 months and he was never pushy just asked what I was looking for and tried to find a car that fit my needs. I first looked at a 2019 T6, but choose a brand new 2020 T5. I was very pleased with this car. It fit my budget and was perfect, so I decided to buy it now instead of waiting the 3months. He walked me through each step and made sure I understood what was happening and why. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary additions like extended warranties. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person.

Best car buying experience

This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Tamas made it happen, and was very effective while being respectful of our time. He's a real pro.

Tamas was very good sales rep.

We bought our first Volvo at this dealer. Tamas greeted us as a walk in and was very friendly. As we went through the process he was very knowledgeable. He said they were "laid back" and that was true. No pressure to buy. We were very happy with the process.

XC90 TR6 INSCRIPTION

We checked with several Volvo dealers in North and South Carolina and Volvo of Cary ( Robin) was very attentive to our needs. She helped us sell the car to ourselves versus other dealers trying to sell us a car. She suggested we order a car from the factory since what we wanted was not available. We got exactly what we ordered and Robin kept us updated on the process. It was a pleasure to work with her.

V60 R-Design Purchase

I was looking for a 'road' vehicle after declining my ordered Porsche Taycan 4S due to its limited range. The V60 R-Design met all of my requirements and then some. Working with Forrest Harrell and the Volvo of Cary team was a pleasurable experience and I look forward to working with them for any future Volvo purchases.

Amazing experience

I had an amazing experience working with Forrest Harrell. He is a sharp shooter, listened to my needs and was respectful of my time. I am moving out of the area shortly but would happily drive the distance back to Cary to do business with this dealership.

Best Car Buying Experience

I was recently searching for a very mildly used SUV. I found the exact one I was looking for at VOC and reached out for more information. Tamas Vecsi reached out to me that same day and sent pictures of the car as well as the carfax. We drove 2 1/2 hours this past weekend and found a car in pristine condition at an excellent price. Outstanding Service!

The buying experience was stress free. My salesman Forrest Harrell was wonderful. He invested quite a bit of time in the process and even contacted me after the purchase to check and see if I was happy with my XC90. My first service experience was fantastic. I appreciate the convenience!
