Murfreesboro Nissan Hours
I came in for a oil change , sit for about 15 min in line before someone told me that I would not be waited on or if waited on would be 2 hrs, this was... about 4:00 in afternoon
Went to test drive a used vehicle that we saw online. The salesman was whistling and smacking gum the whole time. He acted like we should feel privileged... that he was working with us. Telling us what we have to do. After low balling us on our trade-in I had to ask for my keys TWICE in order to leave. As we were leaving he offered us $500 more for our trade but by thay time we wouldn't have bought a car from him if our lives depended on it. As we were walking out the door he told us our trade in car was only $9000 brand new. Our car is a 2010. Cars haven't been $9000 since before this salesman was in diapers. It was the worst experience we've ever had will a car dealer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
My wife and i stoppes by to drive a new Armada....We have never owned a Nissan and wanted to try the Armada. Everyone was very friendly, very laid back....We... advised we are just looking and not buying however they were still very friendly and helpful. When we purchase we plan to give them our business.
...on the way down. Specifically told gentlemen I was coming to look at and buy. They sold the car while I was en route. Offered me an additional $200... towards a future trade. No thanks.
Nissan of Murfreesboro staff are wonderful! Arisha Welker was very helpful, considerate, and informative. I was very comfortable. The dealership and the... staff was very warm and welcoming. I leased a new Nissan Rogue. I am thoroughly enjoying it and learning the bells and whistles on it. The show room is well kept up and has all the current models for the customers to view out of the summer heat :) I had a great experience at the dealership and will tell all of my friends and family to go see Arisha Welker when they are looking for a new vehicle.
I purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima a week ago and was fortunate to have Justin Humphrey as my salesman. I was dreading the visit and high pressure sales... techniques that I had experienced in the past at other dealerships, I'm in my sixties and have purchased many vehicles. To my surprise the entire experience was very enjoyable. Justin was knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He listened to my concerns and helped me purchase the vehicle of my choice at a price I was comfortable with. I love my new Altima and am extremely happy with Nissan of Murfreesboro.
Same ole Nissan of Murfreesboro... Was told they had changed! Not so.... Called to schedule a Service, which they promptly did. Was told if I make an appointment... they would get me right in... Left work early in order to make the 2:00 appointment they set up. Got there 10 minutes early and was told it would be an hour and a half before they could get the car in for service! Asked to talk to service manager (Archie). Was told he was busy with another customer but would call. That was over an hour ago! Still waiting!!! Never again! Consider yourself warned...
Nissan of Murfreesboro provided me with a very positive experience. I personally have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. My family purchased... several vehicles and remains loyal only to them. So, when it was time for me to buy my very first car Nissan of Murfreesboro was the only dealership I considered. My salesman was very knowledgeable of each car that I purchased. He showed me he was concerned about what I needed in a car, and didn’t force a car on me that he knew I didn’t need or couldn’t afford. Not only was the car buying process smooth, it left me feeling confident that I had made the right decision. I felt informed, and had no questions when I drove my car off the lot. What really impresses me about this dealership is the friendliness of everyone who works there. They operate like a family, and make you feel comfortable if you’re buying a car or if you are coming in for maintenance. Everyone is there to help you, even if they had nothing to do with the purchase of your car. I would 100% recommend this dealership and their salesman Justin Humphrey to anyone! I am more than satisfied with my experiences and will only shop at Nissan of Murfreesboro.
I counted today -between my wife and I we have purchased or leased 18 new cars in our lives. Our experience with Nissan of Murfreesboro is by far THE WORST!... Never been lied to as much by anyone then by them - about the car, about the warranty, about their commitment to service. he sad thing is that every time I tell a friend or acquaintance about y experience, they just shake their head, roll their eyes and launch into a tale that is worse than mine! DO NOT USE NISSAN OF MURFREESBORO TO BUY YOUR CAR!!!!
They are truly concerned about the customer. They call to make sure you are happy. They are geniunely friendly. They go out of their way to make you happy.... I highly recommend Stones River Nissan of Murfreesboro.
