Murfreesboro Nissan

Avoid Nissan of Murfreesboro at all cost. Service dept over charges. Even with appointments they keep jumping to other cars while you wait. Over charge for both parts and labor. Told labor would be 3 hours then 6 hours. Went back and checked and nobody working on my car for over an hour. Then told I couldn't stand outside and watch my car, obviously trying to hide their sham. When I complained they threatened to take my car off the lift with nothing done after 6 hours.

Fast , friendly. Driver took me home, across town then came back when finished. When I do stay at shop, servicd is still fast enough that I don't mind.

Upon my arrival, the service department personnel were quick to acknowledge my presence. My service was completed promptly and they went over everything that was done to my vehicle.

Your new car is only as good as your service department is what I have found thru the many years I have been buying autos . One of the reasons I am on my third Nissan is because I know I am going to get good service This dealership

Quick to acknowledge the customer upon arrival. Friendly staff. The van to take me to work was not back from a previous run, and since I worked near the dealership and needed to be at work within the next 10 min, they had a staff person take me. Great experience.

Our sales person was new not he was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process went very well. We would definitely recommend him and the dealership to our friends .

My oil change and tire rotation took 30 minutes...and YES THEY WERE BUSY. I always have a great experience at this dealership over the past 5 years.
