Extremely Satisfied with Dealership Staff
Bought my new 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum from Murfreesboro Nissan in August 2016. Arisha was my initial contact and was super helpful and courteous. Jermaine Collins was my sales representative once I arrived at the dealership and spent a great deal of time showing my husband and I all the aspects of the car and their dealership. Great experience, Great staff!
We walked into this dealer after walking out of another. I had submitted an internet request and IMMEDIATELY had a phone call from Samantha. Within an hour, without even visiting the dealer, I had an out the door quote on the vehicle of my choice and a credit application submitted right online and with her help via the phone. Upon getting to the dealer, we were greeted by Sales Person Ben, and Samantha who made quick work of the transaction for us!! They had all our paperwork waiting and I was ecstatic that in less than 2 hours, I had the keys to my new car IN HAND!! We worked with Michael in Finance and Bill in Service as our intro to purchasing from this dealer. Aside from an amazing level of professionalism, this teams service, friendliness and knowledge were FAR exceeding my expectations. I can't thank them enough, especially since I spent the first part of the day getting fed xxxxxxxx from another dealer that tried to bully me into a purchase I didn't want. Easy Tire Fix
Had a nail in my tire. Since I had the road hazard warranty took it in. They handled the claim with no issue. Service advisor was very helpful.

Greatest. Group ever
Got in for an appointment. All went well. Have the extended warranty, so she was checked out bumper to bumper. Everything was in great shape. Changed the oil, retated the tires, even gave her a detail cleaning before it was over. So glad I purchased this car from Nissan of Murfreesboro.
