Smiled ear to ear....
I researched the dealership website, looking for an E350. I requested information and was promptly contacted by Josie Phillips and set up a test drive. Josie met me at the dealer and we went for the test drive, which was true to Mercedes...outstanding. When we returned to the dealership, I parked next to a black SLK350.....hmmmmmmmm. We took it ot for a test drive, and the rest is history. I was smiling from ear to ear the whole time. Josie worked up a fair trade for my vehicle and now the SLK sits in my garage, in between happy moments behind the wheel. Fantastic service department too....... Thanks Josie.....I will be back when I am too old to get in and out of the SLK.

Great service by salesperson and title dept.
Josie Phillips was amazing in her patience in explaining the numerous unique features of the new car to my wife and I. While I'm sure I don't have all the features figured out yet, i would not have the understanding I now have. The title work was somewhat complex for our situation, but was handled very well.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
I CALLED KNOXVILLE MERCEDES DEALER TO LOCATE AN SLK FOR MY NEW PURCHASE. JOSIE PHILLIPS ANSWERED THE CALL AND LOCATED THE CAR IN GERMANY. SHE MADE THE NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS AND HAD THE CAR DELIVERED TO THE DEALERSHIP IN KNOXVILLE. SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I have two Vehicles Currently at this Dealership but I'm a Repeat Buyer because of the Incredible way I get treated with the Service Department and I truly Believe that's in part due to the management through Karen Cooper and her Great Employees. Great Experience
Buying a car at M-B of Knoxville was a great experience. I bought from Josie Phillips who knows her product very well and how it functions, She will show you this until you understand. Love my SLK250!
If you're looking for a new or used Mercedes, you should definitely go see Josie Phillips at Mercedes of Knoxville. Very professional, personable, and helps you get exactly what you're looking for in a car. I bought a 2014 SLK250 from her and I'm loving it. Customer service with class!
I had shopped for the vehicle I wanted for quite some time, and finally found what I was looking for at Mercedes of Knoxville. Josie Phillips responded to my inquiry, and was very informative with her complete description of the vehicle. This was very important, since I live over 100 miles from the dealership. I explained to Josie that I did not want to drive over 200 miles round trip to just "look" at a car, and that I really needed for her to be thorough in her description. When I arrived, she took me back and revealed the vehicle to me, which was everything Josie said it was. It fact it was in perfect condition----detailed, fresh oil change, full of gas and ready to go. We sealed the deal quickly, and I was on my way.
