Clayton Volvo

No loner car. Service takes hours sometimes a day. I had to take my car two times for them to find a problem spending hours in waiting room and missing my work. Volvo is a great car, but poor service.

No loaner vehicle. Had to wait 2-3 hours. I always got a loaner at lexus even for oil changes. But at volvo you do not.

Layla is the bomb. She keep the shop in line. She knows our cars very well and our family. Her personality is what is needed in her position. She sells the shop experience.

Layla knows how to take care of you and gets the job done. She always remembers you and make makes you feel special. She knows all about Volvo features and can educate you.

Love this dealership..long relationship with this dealer and the service dept.. Layla is the best..she knows me and my car through some 13 years ( 2 Cars) appreciate the longevity of people working there , always treated great and their efforts to find the problem when something did go wrong ( rarely does this happen).. Great dealer, I will buy another Volvo when time is right :-)

Unexpectedly had to buy a new car after being involved in a car wreck. Jarred at Clayton Volvo helped set me up with an awesome used option that met all my needs. He was very helpful, nice, and low-pressure, focusing on helping me find what I wanted as opposed to just trying to get me in a car. I had a great experience and can't recommended Jarred and the team there more highly.

Had a great experience working with Robbi on the purchase of my XC 90. There was no hassle or overselling involved at all and she worked hard to get me the exact vehicle I wanted when they didn't originally have it on site. The Sales Manager (Gene) and Business Office personnel (Debbie) were also great to deal with and responsive to my questions and needs. I would enthusiastically recommend Clayton Volvo as my experience was great and, oh by the way, I am loving my car.
