Eli was fantastic!
Eli was fantastic! I had a terrible experience at Twin City Hyundai - called Grayson from the parking lot to confirm they still had the car I wanted on their lot. Eli was great on the phone, immediately available to help when I arrived at the dealership, and quickly got me what I wanted without any hassle or frustrations. He moved all my car seats, license plates, and things from my trade, plus had the car cleaned and gassed up while I finished the financing paperwork! Ricky also made the financial process a breeze and was super nice! Worth noting for any ladies who may be car shopping solo - this team was wonderful, which was not my experience at Twin City. I've purchased many cars and even helped my dad and brother with their car buying and negotiations, so I'm very comfortable and confident with the process. I felt respected and supported from start to finish. Can't recommend this group enough!

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade
My wife and I purchased a brand new 2025 Hyundai Palisade from Grayson Hyundai in August 2025. Our salesman, Andrew Grassel, was an absolute pleasure to work with to buy this vehicle. We were in the market for a new vehicle for my wife after our recently purchased vehicle from another dealership was involved in a bad crash (six days after purchase) and was declared a total loss. We first visited Grayson late on a Friday evening after the dealership was closed and spotted the Palisade we ended up purchasing. The following day, my family and I stopped by the dealership and met Andrew. He went with us on a test drive and engaged us in great conversation about the Palisade and life in general. Two days later, after learning our vehicle was indeed a total loss, I contacted Andrew and made a deposit to hold the Palisade. My wife and I returned to the dealership two days later to make the purchase. As soon as we arrived at the dealership that morning, Andrew, knowing the vehicle was for my wife, took her out to the Palisade, which he had up front, washed, and was ready to go, to ensure it was exactly what she wanted and to answer any questions she had. Afterwards, we went back inside and went through a simple, painless purchasing process. We met with Ricky Loy, the Finance Manager, and secured 0% APR financing through Hyundai Motor Finance. He was a pleasure to work with, too. After sealing the deal and getting the keys to our new Palisade, Andrew went back outside with us to the Palisade. What happened next was something I had never experienced before when purchasing a vehicle. Instead of watching us climb in the Palisade and drive away, Andrew asked me to get in the back seat, so he could sit up front with Amber and go over EVERY setting and feature of the Palisade with her. As I told him then, I was thoroughly impressed by this and his knowledge about the Palisade. After Andrew finished going over everything with Amber, he bid us farewell and sent us on our way. We left the dealership knowing we had purchased the right vehicle from the right dealership and were fortunate to have hooked up with the right salesman. Anyone considering the purchase of a new Hyundai from Grayson Hyundai should seek out Andrew Grassel; you’ll be glad that you did.

Within two weeks after buying a used certified Subaru
Within two weeks after buying a used certified Subaru (which was also under original factory warranty) from Grayson Subaru, they ran diagnostics on the car due to cooling system concern we had. They told me a coil replacement was required due to leaks found. But would not be covered under warranty as it was damage caused after I took ownership of it. They said it would cost about $1,000. It didn't feel right, I added coolant (which they said would continue to leak because of the damage) and then took it to Sutherlin. They tested, found no issues. Now two weeks later, still no issue --- so they drained coolant, supposedly ran a test that showed damage, and then tried to get me to pay $1,000 for the fix (after their $200 diagnostic effort). They also stated they see this type of damage due to poor design by Subaru (ridiculous).

This is my 2nd vehicle from Grayson’s and can’t say enough about the outstanding service and experience. The sales manager Joe Fowler to Sales Logan Wallis and Julian have outstanding qualities to assist you in anyway. I highly recommend Grayson for any purchases and servicesneeded.

We bought a 2006 Nissan Armada from this dealership in
We bought a 2006 Nissan Armada from this dealership in June. We were told there were a “few minor issues” but the vehicle would be safe to drive to work. We didn’t expect perfect but we expected a safe vehicle. Our mechanic found that the transmission is bad and needs to be rebuilt, it has several oil leaks that were cleaned up for our test drive and inspection of the vehicle. We emailed the sales person and were told “Grayson has never inspected used vehicles in the 70 years they have been in business. It is my job to sell you a car. “iIf this is the case, how could we have been told it was safe if they didn’t know? We were flat out lied to. The sales persons boss kept calling him on his cell phone at least every 5 minutes during the sale telling him to hurry up. We believe this was a tactic to keep us off our guard. They are not even willing to talk to us about this problem. DO NOT BUY FROM Grayson Auto group unless you want to get taken advantage of
