Brett had earned out business for life. He was patient, understanding, and not pushy at all. It was nice to have someone who listened and understood. When finally decided (after 4 different visits in a month) Brett was right there with us and determined we were getting treat right. We will see you again when we trade in. Don’t worry we know what we want in cars now.

This is my second Subaru.

This is my second Subaru. I can back to Greyson Subaru because my first Subaru purchase experience was amazing. The sales and service team are courteous and not high pressure. I believe they truly care to place you in the right vehicle. The service was professional and met my busy schedule needs. Logan Wallis fit this description and provided considerate and responsive service. He listened and took time to explain differences in car models at the end of a long work day. He had my new car hitch installed and the car fuel- filled, clean and ready for me to pick up.

Could not be happier with Grayson Subaru, and sales rep

Could not be happier with Grayson Subaru, and sales rep Mike Anderson. Mike was outstanding. He listened to what I wanted and did a detailed search. He found three great cars and I got to pick the perfect car for me. Everyone I met during the process was very friendly, knowledge, and professional. Highly recommended!

Grayson Subaru is absolutely the best dealership to deal

Grayson Subaru is absolutely the best dealership to deal with. My salesperson was Tyler Rhodes and he gave me an amazing deal on my Subaru Forrester 2025! I would highly recommend them!

Eli was fantastic!

Eli was fantastic! I had a terrible experience at Twin City Hyundai - called Grayson from the parking lot to confirm they still had the car I wanted on their lot. Eli was great on the phone, immediately available to help when I arrived at the dealership, and quickly got me what I wanted without any hassle or frustrations. He moved all my car seats, license plates, and things from my trade, plus had the car cleaned and gassed up while I finished the financing paperwork! Ricky also made the financial process a breeze and was super nice! Worth noting for any ladies who may be car shopping solo - this team was wonderful, which was not my experience at Twin City. I've purchased many cars and even helped my dad and brother with their car buying and negotiations, so I'm very comfortable and confident with the process. I felt respected and supported from start to finish. Can't recommend this group enough!

Darryl was fantastic when he helped us find the right car

Darryl was fantastic when he helped us find the right car for us. It was very low pressure, we even were able to sleep on the decision and that meant a lot to us. I am so happy with my car and what the services so far!

As someone who’s always bought from Honda of Cleveland, I

As someone who’s always bought from Honda of Cleveland, I was a little hesitant to switch. But the process here was seamless and easy, and the customer service was outstanding. I’m genuinely impressed! I’d absolutely recommend them—and Subaru—to anyone looking for a new car. Be sure to ask for Brian!
