They're great at calling/texting when they're trying to

They're great at calling/texting when they're trying to sell but not when you have questions after the sell. I've sent two texts and emails with questions about my Gladiator. Nothing, not one response in 3 weeks.

This has been a dealership that I always have had

This has been a dealership that I always have had positive reviews for. All of my business has been with the service department. I can say that this service department is the best that I have ever dealt with. I recently bought a new 2025 Ram 2500 from them. When the buying process was complete, I can say I was completely satisfied with the sales department. I am a very picky buyer, and the entire sales team made sure I was a happy customer. All this being said, I give this dealership a 5 star rating.
