Service desk staff A++ but service manager ZERO!
The current service manager/director (Steve McHenry) is the rudest individual that I have ever encountered! Not only was he rude to me but also to other customers there waiting on their car. The ladies working the service desk were so nice and actually apologized for the way Steve M. treated and talked to me. I love the sales staff, the service desk ladies and owners BUT STEVE M. (service manager) needs to be fired or at least given a job in which he does not interact with customers!
