Knowledgeable Peeps, Great Service

Very knowledgeable Customer Service made me comfortable that I have chosen the right place to service my 2009 Expedition. I had service questions that were answered quickly and professionally. I will definitely return.

Just bought a new car!!

I recently purchased a vehicle at this dealership. I dealt with both Aaron Miller and Dylon Loy. Both were very professional and were not high pressure. I also appreciated Logan syncing my phone for me.

Service desk staff A++ but service manager ZERO!

The current service manager/director (Steve McHenry) is the rudest individual that I have ever encountered! Not only was he rude to me but also to other customers there waiting on their car. The ladies working the service desk were so nice and actually apologized for the way Steve M. treated and talked to me. I love the sales staff, the service desk ladies and owners BUT STEVE M. (service manager) needs to be fired or at least given a job in which he does not interact with customers!
