Grant and Ken are the best !

Best experience we have ever had ! ( in over 60 years !) We were in and out of the facility in less than two hours. This is a record for us in over 50 years of dealing with car dealers.

Horrible experience

Bought a used 2015 Jeep wrangler 12/11/2020. Jeep was delivered to my home in Va. Woke up the next morning to find coolant and oil all under the Jeep. Took Jeep to our farm where we have a lift and did a complete once over and this is what i found on a jeep that JUST passed NC state insp. Front and rear rotors way below spec/rear brakes wore out/oil cooler leaking/trans pan leaking/trans lines cracked and leaking/no emergency brake/steering stabilizer shock rubbing tie rod end. Called dealer, sent pictures and was told they would pay for repairs. Dealer did pay for the parts to fix the Jeep but they were to pay me for my labor that i have yet to receive. it has been over three months still not payment and i have not even received the paper work copys that i signed.

Best experience ever

I have never enjoyed shopping for cars and had even walked out of a dealership earlier in the day. After coming here, I’ll never buy a car anywhere else. They worked with me (I own my own business and have a lot financially on my plate)... they waved a magic wand and gave me a fantastic rate. Rod was the best salesman I’ve ever had. He wasn’t pushy and even better. Larry got our financials under control and I was so happy I called a friend who’s looking for a car and told him to come over immediately. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... PS, I was in and out in an hour and a half.

Theft

Change jar emptied and put back, center console rumbled through, cash stolen. Had to be an employee, no one breaking into a vehicle outside would leave an iPad, multiple knives, and other valuable items and only take cash.

Purchased a COVID-19 Vehicle!!

I must give a big Thank You to the team at Vann York for working with me to get a family car. My first interaction was with Kim, presumably a sales associate. I explained to her my situation, the vehicle I was looking for and what I was comfortable paying for a new vehicle. Due to the current situation in the United States everything was done over the phone. She explained to me the entire process if I went through and purchased a vehicle. There was no uncertainty. I want to thank her for her professionalism and hard work. Next, I want to thank Zack, Sales Manager, for working with me through the numbers and eventually getting the price of the vehicle to where I needed it to be. His professionalism and understanding made it very easy to work with and I was optimistic we could agree on the numbers. Finally, I want to thank Grant, Product Specialist, who took the time to go over all the paperwork and make sure everything was in order. His patience and professionalism made the entire process simple and stress free. This is my second GM vehicle and I look forward to getting my kids their own GM cars when the time comes. Thank you to everyone at Vann York on a job well done.

I purchased a new truck from David French. I test drove 4 different ones and he answered all my questions. It was a quick process and he took extra time to go over every feature of my vehicle. I will contact him in the future if i need another vehicle and will recommend him to my friends and family.
