Never thought I would be able to buy a brand new car! The amazing team at Universal KIA made my dreams come true! I'm so happy and I love my new 2017 Forte!

I had leased a Kia Optima that was at the end of the lease. I did not want another Kia, although, I believe Kia cars are very reliable, I just wanted a change. I was apprehensive but after talking with Hal, he assured me he could find a car I would like and could afford. The atmosphere at Universal Kia is very pleasant, and everyone there was very helpful. I found a car I liked and was satisfied with the deal we made. Soooooo, I would recommend shopping at Kia for your next vehicle, you will be glad you did. It was a smooth ride.

My overall experience at kia was great. They took the time to evaluate my car buying situation which I really appreciated. Kia gave me multiple options for pricing and financing on the car that I wanted. And most importantly they shared knowledge and advice to further help me.

I would to thanks Tabitha for doing the work for me and actually picked out the car to fit my budget and need on the first try. Finally someone who listened to customer and didn't try any crazy long sales pitch on any car. She did a great job picking out the correct car in my budget range I required.
