bought the car if my dreams at this dealership and ended up having a few issues with the vehicle. After handling those issues, there was one more matter to deal with. When interacting with the service department. Unfortunately the service department was hesitant to resolve the problem which caused a really bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately Dezy, manager of customer service guy involved. From the time she made contact with me I knew she would handle the situation and that she did. Within 24 hours of being pretty upset and disillusioned, Dezy had me smiling. I appreciate so much that she was able to get involved and resolve the issue in such a timely manner. I am quite happy with the outcome.
