The Service Department was wonderful. Our Service Advisor Hector Rodriguez was very kind, honest and always approachable. He always kept us informed and delivered on all the work as discussed. We were traveling from Tennessee and were very impressed with the professional staff at Towbin. We were treated like we mattered even if we were from out of town. This was very important to us. All the Service work was done to meet RAM requirements. We were able to continue on our two month birthday road trip and are so happy our RAM truck is back in excellent condition. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. So very happy.
