Sterns Ford, their salesman Canden Green have been wonderful! We switched to Sterns from another dealer and the experience is 100000% perfect! I would give a million stars of if I could. We are now on purchase # 3 since February! Will be 4 when they order my new platinum ultimate expedition in August!

My 2025 Ford Maverick came with the first three maintenance appointments free of charge. Today, was my first scheduled oil change and check up. Very satisfied in all areas of my experience. Took only 45 minutes. Great job by all!!!

The only thing I have to complain about is the smell of oil burning when I drive my truck home after the oil change, this is the second time I have smelled oil burning. I understand some can spell, but can I get someone to clean the oil drippings off the exhaust manifold?.

the service for my vehicle was a routine oil change etc. had no problem making an appointment. service department showed me the air filters that needed replacing and discussed other issues I had. i put my faith in the service department at Stearns Ford.

We did have a little bit of difficulty with the Deel. But Steve Davison stepped in got everything corrected and has done everything he could to make everything go as smooth as he possibly could.
