Kirt Michael was the salesman and he was kind, courteous, helpful and humorous! Charles M. was the guy who got us where we wanted to be for payments. They were both very understanding while I changed my mind 3 times about the car I wanted. I love my car! These gentlemen deserve a 10!!!!

NOT SATISFIED
MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A CAR FROM STERNS MAYBE 2 YEARS AGO. SINCE THE PURCHASE, WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH THE CAR. THE MOST RECENT REPAIRS HAVE BEEN REPLACING THE BACK UP CAMERA AND HARDWARE AND A FAN UNDER THE HOOD THAT COOLS THE MOTOR (SORRY I DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE PART) MY CAR STARTED OVER HEATING. THE CAR ALSO HAS OTHER FEATURES THAT DO NOT WORK PROPERLY EVERYDAY, SUCH AS THE SIDE MIRRORS DO NOT MOVE WHEN YOU ADJUST THEM, WHEN YOU SAVE/SET FEATURES ON THE CAR IT DOESN'T SAVE. YOU HAVE TO CHANGE OR SET THE FEATURES BACK WEEKLY...THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. TO SOME THESE ISSUES MAY SEEM SMALL BUT WHEN YOU HAVE TO RESET YOUR CAR FEATURES EVERY WEEK, IT BECOMES AN ISSUE. WE DO HAVE THE WARRANTY/EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT EACH TIME WE USE THIS WE HAVE TO PAY 100 DOLLARS. I HAVE NOW SPENT 300 DOLLARS AT STERNS TO HAVE THINGS REPLACED/FIXED. TO SOME THAT ISN'T A LOT BUT TO ME, A MOTHER AND WIFE, 300 DOLLARS COULD HAVE BEEN SPENT ON SOMETHING ELSE. I WENT BACK TO STERNS TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THEY COULD DO TO MAKE THIS SITUATION BETTER, PUT ME IN ANOTHER CAR...ETC. THEY CANT DO ANYTHING BECAUSE NOW I AM UPSIDE DOWN IN THE CAR. I AM NOW STUCK WITH A CAR THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE ISSUES WITH.

SAME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS
Had car in for routine oil change and it was discovered that my tires were thoroughly worn out, and I also needed new brakes. I had no idea these were a problem. I'm thankful to have gotten new tires and new brakes and hopefully save myself from an accident.

Tacoma purchase from 1.5 hours away--Fast & Easy.
Ashley was very helpful. When the first vehicle I looked at didn't work, she remembered that they had gotten in a Tacoma and it was back in detail. She took pics with her own phone to text me at work. She communicated the entire time and I was able to drive up after work and take a test drive. I liked the vehicle and the price they worked out was a little less than I offered, it was outstanding. Then they gave me good money for my old, beat up trade-in! They worked quickly so I could get home before too late, just about an hour- hour and half--total!!
