This was the best car buying experience I have ever had -

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had - and this is not an exaggeration! The process of communicating with the dealership in advance, discussing pricing and trade-in values, and getting the car ready for viewing upon arrival was top-notch. I came in at the end of the workday and I was out of there in two hours. They honored the pricing that was discussed over the phone, there were no shady games played etc. Very nice people - Alyssa, Chris, and Abby were all stellar. I would highly recommend Volvo Cars Winston-Salem.

WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR VOLVO FROM.

WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR VOLVO FROM. I bought a Volvo from this dealer in July of 2023 and in November of 2023 someone crashed into us making it a total loss. I was told by the insurance to cancel the extended warranty to get the money back. I called the dealer and they said the warranty was NON CANCELABLE. No where in the contract does it state anything about a total loss or anything. They would ONLY move it into another car IF WE PURCHASED another vehicle from them. They had nothing in our price range as we still had another loan from the accident and insurance had not paid off our last car YET. I went to explain this to the manger that we bought another vehicle that was in our price range and he was walking away as I explained everything to him. He was so rude and disrespectful!! Stated that it was not his problem. I would NEVER consider buying another car from this place ever again!!! They are only nice and respectful when you are purchasing a vehicle from them

my service advisor was very nice Yodd he is my.

my service advisor was very nice Yodd he is my.go to person.Every since..I brought the car I've had problème with it I feel like I brought à lemon front the begin..I an not happy at all.When my car was services last there was à pièce missing on my car, I don't know if the driver broke something..I'm not satisfied with my car at all.

Had my XC40 in for the paint and interior protection

Had my XC40 in for the paint and interior protection package. Todd provided me with a loaner vehicle and I picked my car up a few hours later. He provided excellent service and was very helpful and friendly .
