This dealership is the worst experience ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. If you do you will regret it! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN! The owner is unprofessional and a complete xxx!

Answered my questions to satisfaction. Knowable about xc 40 volvo. Overall visiting was very professional and pleasant. Timothy was very passion about his job. I wish many more success

This is the dealership to go to!!!

We just had our vehicle serviced at Volvo Cars of Winston and had a great experience. We also had a great experience when we purchased the vehicle at the first of this year. The service and sales team are the best and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you are looking to buy a vehicle this is the place to go. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Service appointment was great and they even washed it for me afterwards. Great people and great place!

Don't trust purchase of a used vehicle

Do not trust your purchase of a used vehicle from this dealership. I overpaid for a used Ford vehicle and since purchase, have spent more than half of what I paid them for the car, in major repairs!!!! They must not carefully check out the vehicles before putting them on the lot. I contacted the dealership and was basically told to get over it, that things will need to be repaired when you buy a used vehicle.

Christopher did a great job explaining what needed to be done, and was friendly in his approach to me. He made sure everything was done and had the car washed and ready to go in a very timely manner. Changed the oil and spark plugs and cabin filters. Thanks.

Volvo of the Triad- great place to buy a car

I just bought a car this weekend at Volvo from Jason for my son. They were courteous, honest and did not waste my whole day. They followed through with what they told me they would do and I purchased the car. Great buying experience!

I went to have my tires replaced and an alignment done and the staff was so tactful and the service technicians worked diligently and I had my vehicle back within a timely manner. I was very pleased and I’d recommend anyone who wants quality service to go to Volvo Winston-Salem!

Did not keep their promise for completion of work

Very nice people in the body shop. I took my car by to see how long it would take to repair a dented fender. They brought a tech out from the shop to evaluate the damage. He said 1-2 days. I explained I would be renting a carat my expense so I asked when I could bring the car in and get out the fastest. They gave me a date and time and I got there before 9:00 that Tuesday. Bottom line: it should been ready no later than Thursday. It was not. Finally got car Monday. Four extra days of rental car costs to me; about $200.00. No I am not pleased!

I had a 40 k service on my car. It was also washed

I really liked the way they immediately got my vehicle into the shop. Shanna was very helpful, and the technician was very knowledgeable,in fact, it was the shop Foreman who completed the service on my car! I fully recommend this dealership
