Ray Varner Ford Quick Lane
Went to the Quick Lane for repairs to the ventilation system in my F-150. The repairs made did not fix the problem and my truck was then sent to the Service Department. Everything was repaired to my satisfaction and the system is operating as expected. This review in no way casts a negative light on the Quick Lane folks, they are the best and I have NO complaints what so ever about the quality of service provided by them.

I had to take my car in to get new keys cut and while there they "fixed" two active recalls on my car. Well I got my car back and two of the clips was broken. Not a big deal wasn't to worried about it till the next day when I got to look my car over completely. Well not only was both front clips broken but the bulbs where not put back in my head lights my speakers were not hooked back up and the door handle came off in my hand. So I take it back down there and tell them everything that was wrong and the guy said "things happen people make mistakes". Yes this is true but everything the tech done was not done correctly. So he brings my car back around and my husband who is a collision tech gets in and these people thought we where stupid because they had just mashed my clip back in and broke it even worse now we can't even super glue it back in. This is a $150 door panel that I have to replace now before I can trade my car in. I took them a perfect car and got a junker back. Never again will I do business with these people.

Quickly completed, but temperatures were in the teens. Washer fluid was freezing up. Requested that anti freeze in washer fluid. They indicated that they would add if it was available. I haven't had to use, but I hope they changed.
