Wait time was awful (five hours one time, 2.5 the next). No offer of a ride. Incredible bill that warranted taking my cat to another shop. Bad experience. Felt like I was taken advantage of.

My right front passenger tire has a slow leak.
My right front passenger tire has a slow leak. I didn't mention this because I was getting my tires rotated. That tire never got rotated it's still on my front passenger wheel. Which means they charged me for a tire rotation they never did. How do you show proof I didn't mark the tire it's just the only tire that has a slow leak.

The service was the worst I have ever had.
The service was the worst I have ever had., they had my car for almost 3 weeks to fix the AC. I bought the 2nd GV80 in Tulsa Oklahoma. I will never buy another one and will not recommend one to friends. If you don’t think it’s true,just look up the record on the car. Nothing but problems . I am sure I will never get a response to this email, goodbyeI, will go Back to BMW.
