I'm very pleased with the Tulsa Hyundai service dept My

I'm very pleased with the Tulsa Hyundai service dept My 2023 Ioniq 5 is one of those that needs the ICCU unit replaced. This part is back ordered and can be several weeks before it gets installed. Tulsa Hyundai is letting me use a brand new Tucson rental. My experience with Tulsa Hyundai service has been super great!

Courteous and pleasant.

Courteous and pleasant. Kenny worked for several days with my SIL to finalize the deal: Justin helped show the car since Kenny was off. Very seamless. Justin was very helpful with questions about the car. This is our 4th Genesis and I hope it is as good as those were.

I have had the absolute worst experience with this

I have had the absolute worst experience with this dealership, which began on the sales side and has unfortunately persisted on the service side as well. There seems to be no pride in work, nor quality-control procedures of any kind at this dealership. Getting in touch with a live human being is next to impossible, and response times are ridiculous. I’ve tried reaching out to the GM, but he-as expected-pushed me off on someone else, having never followed up with me again to check on the outcome. Said outcome has been terrible with additional damage sustained to my vehicle while in their care (cracked front windshield) and shoddy workmanship putting my front passenger in danger with a seatbelt that was not properly reinstalled after their 2nd attempt to fix a faulty sunroof seal. I could go on with many other details of poor service and mistakes that have been made, but I’m not sure anyone will ever even read this review so I won’t waste my time here.
