The employees were all helpful and polite. They answered all my questions and advised of all maintenance that needed to be addressed. When I told them I couldn’t afford it all now she help me to put them in the order of necessity so I could plan to have them done soon

Really great service
Blackjack did a fine job, I was doing quite a bit of service items to my daughter’s car before she takes it out-of -state. Got a battery, wiper blades, fuel-injections service, oil change, tire rotate . . . .

Will never go back
Service advisor was completely unresponsive. I had to call four times to get my Jeep status over two days. When I told him to stop working on it, he continued to do work on it. Miscommunication? Maybe, however if I had ever been able to get him on the phone it would have been corrected. Then he calls to say it’s finally Done and quotes me a price. When I get to the service department, shockingly, he’s nowhere around and it’s $600 over what he said it would be. Thy did service I didn’t even ask for! Top it off, they broke the latch on the glove box doing one of the repairs they didn’t tell me they were doing. Didn’t find that out until I started driving and it flew open. The service manager basically just said, “I’m sorry.” Unacceptable and we will never be back.

Quoted 189.95. On April 2 for spark plugs.Charged 249.95 on April 4 for work.Also had radiator flush done and after one week April 11 still smelling burnt antifreeze in engine bay. Is there a leak? Called Samara Johnson three times about price issue, as of April 11 no response!!

Kia soul purchase
I had picked five vehicle to look at over a courde of 5 days and four sold leaving the kia for my pick. I am satisisfied with this vehicle now for 3 months and ready for a long vacation somewhere with and airconditioner. Everyone was helpful from the start thru referrals of salesmens to speak to amd the finance dept. i appreciate the time spent and working within my budget.
