My car was starting to have problems that weren't worth fixing on that car and CarMart wasn't really willing to help me even after me being a loyal customer for about 3 years, so I went to Keystone to see what they could do for me! I still owed on my car and didn't really have anything to put down but I was really worried about ending up with no car and I knew my credit isn't the best , but I gave it a shot anyway! I went in and Chad Cummings was the Salesman that assisted me! I told him about my situation and that I really needed a reliable car to transport my daughter in and for all the driving I do on a daily basis! Chad was awesome and worked hard with the manager, John, to get me into something Nice that I could afford! It was a long process but they didn't give up! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and really Appreciate everything Chad did for me!

Chad Cummings was wonderful every step of the way... long process due to a very busy day but he was a trooper and pulled it off brilliantly even getting me the car I really wanted!!

Trell was amazing. The man helped us thru the process, explaining each step along the way and what we will need to do for the next time. My wife and I are very pleased and excited over the addition of our Chevy pick-up! The service side, however, needs significant improvement. The advisor David caused me a great deal of hardship and hard feelings which Trell immediately stepped in and corrected. Trell your are awesome, honest, dependable, and a go to man! Dropped my truck off for oil change & maintenance check prior to cross-country trip. Called wanting permission to perform maintenance on 4-wheel drive, as well, though my truck does NOT have 4-wheel drive. Rotated tires as a courtesy, resulting in broken tire pressure sensors & a significant shimmy at highway speeds. When contacted, refused to make repairs & was rude.

Trell wentry above and beyond to help us find the car for us. He was very patient and professional definitely recommend him for your car buying needs!
