Initial purchase was average. Business office rep was professional. Manager was personable. As part of the purchase deal, we were promised all weather mats. They refused to ship them. We drove over an hour to pick them up on a Saturday, after confirming they were ready the day before, which was confirmed. When we arrive we were told they were locked up and we wasted a trip. The manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional. After asking if they could ship them, he agreed. Very disappointing considering we just spent 75,000 dollars on a brand new vehicle. No apologies were given. Highly recommend not giving them your business. They clearly don’t have any respect for their customers.

Ken Hayes was a great salesmen and worked hard to get me into a brand new to me 2024 Chevy Silverado. Was able to do most the paper work over the phone which was helpful because working long hours over night. I highly recommend going to see Ken at keystone Chevrolet.

Ryan made the experience extremely easy. I never left my home. He sent me photos and videos and delivered the car. My only downside was when I spoke to Keystone. I was advised a certain amount of months on my term and when I spoke to the financing company. It was a longer term than we had discussed, and nobody had mentioned that that would be my only downside to this experience.
