For anyone shopping for a car, I would not recommend

For anyone shopping for a car, I would not recommend Keystone Chevrolet. Let me tell you what happened. Josh and I have been repeat customers there off and on for years. I found a used car I liked a couple weeks ago and we went to look at it and ended up buying the car. I loved this car. We put $1,000 down and signed the papers. Josh got a better job making more money. As soon as the car lot found out, they called us and said that since he changed jobs we will need to put more money down. We refused to do this because we already had the vehicle. They said that we could just bring it back for something else. They tried to put me in an SUV twice after telling them that is not what we want. So finally the dealership called and said that they had a 2024 Nissan Sentra that we could look at with only 3800 miles. Josh went to look at it, it had hail damage, but otherwise seemed to be a decent car. When he asked the total price of the car, he was told "Well, that depends on how much you make". When asked what our income had to do with the price of the car, the question was never really answered. When they brought in the paperwork, they said they need $2k-$3k down, but would count what we had already paid toward it. If I wanted to put more money down, I would have kept the car that I loved and already had and insured. I told my husband to just leave. So now I am carless and out $1,000 because it is non-refundable. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone ever again.

I LOVE my new Equinox!

They sell junkyard vehicles and the Carfax is not correct

They sell junkyard vehicles and the Carfax is not correct on all the vehicles keystone sells, they stole my money and trade in be extra careful with this place 30k dollars it cost me to learn I will never use this lying bunch of salesman...

Fixed but slightly disappointing.

Getting my car problem diagnosed took much longer than the repair did with little communication back and fourth about it. Once it was fixed I was happy. Price of repair was about 200 dollars more than the quote I was given. A coolant hose is not all the way attached so sort of a slop job on that but it?s fixed and it?s working so I?m glad for that.

I love my new Jeep.

The service department at this dealership is going to

The service department at this dealership is going to wind up getting someone killed. They did some work on the front end and some other work on the car and a short time later the wheel fell off. Now, after fixing the wheel falling off and charging us more money, the car is sitting in the driveway with the strut broken again and the wheel fixing to fall off. Not to mention they did not put the small plastic clip that holds the fuel line to the fuel pump in, so gas sprayed all over the car. I will not bring the car back in and I will never buy another car from Keystone ever. My husband will no longer be bringing in the Colorado that he purchased there for service and I will recommend that my son also get the servicing done on his Tacoma purchased there from a better service department!
