North Point Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Fiat

Today I purchased my 2nd Ram 1500 from Brandon Issacs. The first was a 2020 Limited and today a 2022 Longhorn. Brandon is one of the hardest working automotive Salespersons that I have ever met which is why I keep coming back. Brandon figures out what is important to you and he does his best to outperform your expectations, and mine are pretty high. He does not waste my time at all. I went to another store with the same truck and after wasting time trying to put a deal together, and it was a pretty good deal, I left because the sales manager got involved and was pushy and unprofessional. So back I came to Northpoint CDJR and left 45 minutes later in another new truck! Thanks Brandon! The service department is also first class. I have dealt with Jessica several times and she does exactly what she says and gets it done when she promises it to be done. Great job Northpoint!!!

Lavon and Nate did a wonderful job! Everything was transparent and it took no longer than an hour and a half from start to finish. I drove over an hour to get there and it was worth the drive.

I love this dealership I had received great service & customer service a couple months ago but my last service was not so great it took TWO WEEKS to get my car serviced and the guy who was assigned to help me had not even called me. I was always calling/going there to inquire abt my car the agent returned my call on the second week for an update. No call to give me an update I was displeased & felt I was unimportant.

Always pleasant and professional. My questions and concerns are always addressed. Car is always ready when promised. Everyone from service to cashier to rental car department are always very nice.
