Courteous and professional Service Department

Wood Motor Company has earned my trust. This is the 2nd new truck I have purchased from them. The service department does a great job and I really enjoyed working with Shelby Parker during my latest visit. She was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They took care of my truck quickly and with attention to detail. Thank you!

Where do I go now?

Car in shop for loud rattle under drivers side. They called and said it is fixed, it is not!!!! Low mileage Jeep has been in and out of their shop for the same thing several times. Car is still under warranty!!!!

They accommodate my busy schedule by picking up and dropping off my vehicle for regular service, which is a HUGE bonus for me not to have that to worry about. Everyone is super friendly! I give Wood Motor/Nissan an A+

Great Experience!!!

Dylan was quick to respond to my initial online inquiry and very helpful. He sent me a video walk around of the vehicle. We negotiated a great price and I completed the online pre-approval before arriving. Once on site I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and the actual paperwork process was done in about 30 minutes. Everyone we dealt with was super friendly and helpful and I'd definitely buy another vehicle from them!

Sales Manager was very unprofessional and hateful

My Husband and I had the worst experience at Wood Motor Company in Harrison Arkansas. The sales manager was very unprofessional. He was very condescending and just downright rude. His behavior made me so uncomfortable. I left in tears and made our car shopping experience absolutely awful.

Titan Serviced by Zack and his crew, I'm satisfied

I needed a tune up and a code checked and Zack was able to get me in and taken care of. They found my problem with the code and I will be getting the part needed to get my truck running right again.

Trying to purchase a vehicle and no one is home

The sales rep Joseph Johnson is absent to all communication. He cannot read thus I guess that is why he does not respond to any questions about the vehicle. I ask to speak with the GM and of course no response. I was just inquiring to purchase a vehicle and no one responded. I talked the woods motors in Jane No. And they were blown away. They said they would take my info and forward it to Woods motors in Harrison Arkansas and they did not respond to them. One would think that they could hire some people to represent their company in a professional manner. My be there are not any professionals in Harrison. I sure would hate to me the owner with people like this running this bussiness. Terrible dealership. Cannot follow up to sell a car.

Great Service

Richard went above and beyond to help us get the car we were looking for. It was hassle free! The whole team worked with us and were patient with us as we looked. Very thankful.

Just beware.

I bought an Altima. Very nice car and well insulated. After the purchase with the widows down we noticed it needed brake pads (this was just about 3 days after purchase). I went back to see if they would replace them since it was supposedly inspect and to see if they had received the other key fob to find out I'm apparently SOL on both. We're going to be in the market for an SUV soon but I don't think it will be from this dealer now.
