Took 3 weeks from time of purchase for them to “run” it through service to be ready for me to take delivery. It’s been a little over 2 months and still waiting for my cab lights to be installed. Keep getting the run around about the status of the lights. Take your hard earned money anywhere but this place.

Zero stars
Bought an Escalade from them. Took them weeks to get it though service. Then 2 months to even get the tittle to me. Worst dealership in Owasso. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. Salesman doesn’t care either and doesn’t fight for you.

Bad 😒
Not really explained Not really explained the contract . Sign here initial here I didn’t know really what a bad deal I was getting I want to return the vehicle they say no and that’s before my 24 hours you know I still say no I want my old truck back I was screwed fixing to boycott this place!! Car dealership will put the screws to you in the contract and not explaining it very well I’m just sick over this deal😡😡😡😡😡

Go somewhere better
If I could give this zero stars I would. Purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 from this dealership on 8/24/23, just to take it back because they sold us a vehicle that’s rear differential needs replaced. They outsourced the work to a repair shop in BA and all they did was drain and refill the differential oil. When the vehicle was picked up they didn’t even tell us what work was done and had to demand the service order paperwork. Would not do business with this dealership with their shady methods of trying to pull wool over their customers’ eyes when it comes to work done on a vehicle that was just purchased.

Bad Experience
Run , they priced me a truck then the next day they increased the price by $1500, integrity is in short supply around there. Do not trust them, their word is no good. They priced the truck online for $54500, the next day I called to make the deal and they increased the price on line to $55693.

Horrible Sales People
Don't try to buy a used car from this dealer. They wanted me to drive 150 miles to look at a car that had not even been through their shop yet. I asked them to let me know when it had been through their shop and I would drive down and look at it. They would not listen and all they would do is give me a fluff speech about they are a Carfax dealer and that they don't send their cars through the shop until they have a deal on them. Carfax just gives you history. It does not give you current condition of the vehicle since it is not a person. Don't buy the Carfax line. And their dealer rating isn't even 4 out of 5 stars.

Bought a car with bad break pads on rear its cost.
I bought a 2021 Nissan Dec 31 2022 i havent even made my first payment and i took it in to Robertson tire where i have all my work done on my cars. Just to find out one side of my rear brake are down to 20% and the rortors cannot be turned. so before i even get to make my first payment i have to replace rotors and pads on the rear. I guess they do not run there cars through an inspection and im not sure if i have a leg to stand on but i will find out if they are allowed to put someone in a unsafe car. i would not recommend buying from classic specally from dillion and dave down at the pre owned department.
