Loving my Soul

Dewayne Matlock was my salesman and he was excellent. He listened to what I wanted, there was no high pressure which I loved. He got me financed with a great rate. I was in and out probably within an hour and a half. Love my new Kia Soul!

Good until the end

So everything was excellent. My only complaint was that for some reason the salesman believed I only wanted my name on the car title. Maybe I said that, but I know we didn't need her name for the financing. In either case, I wanted it for the title and it was made out to be a really big deal even though they were not busy and we were the only customers there. And I did double check to see if they could add her to the title with the salesman and also the title guy. So a bad end to an otherwise good experience. Tip. Spend whatever extra time to make the customer happy.

Best experience ever!

David makes the car buying experience pleasurable and easy! Best experience I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle! I would highly recommend him to anyone!!!

Dealer a little disorganized and required far too much time

I have never spent as much time in the past to buy a car. The pricing of the vehicles used methods I have not seen before and were confusing. A tempet to add more to the cost in different ways was not appealing to me. Putting extra costs of "free one year maintenance" and adding two extra years for $800 without my approval was very upsetting.

Great Buying Experience

Dexter Welch was a 10: an excellent salesperson--helpful and responsive, but not pushy. The dealership owner (Jim) was very patient in working with me on pricing and presenting various purchasing options for me to consider. Tim Jackson (finance) was also thorough and responsive to my concerns. After the purchase, Dexter was very gracious in helping me set up and synch my vehicle.

Excellent & Speedy customer service

I did not have an appointment, but I stopped in on a Wednesday around 1 pm to see if I could get my oil changed. I was very promptly & courteously addressed with a positive response. I was told it would probably take about an hour. I went in to the very tidy waiting room & pulled out a book to read while waiting. In no time at all my car was ready -- the oil changed and the tires rotated. How great was that -- in & out in no time --- beating the afternoon traffic home.

Oil Change

I went there for oil change and asked if there is any other free services, they checked everything and gave us a thorough details about what they did and with all that have been done they washed our car, and it only take one hour, it was a great service ... Thank you

Universal KIA is the bomb! Love our cars!!

My husband and I purchased 2 cars from Universal Kia at Rivergate in the same visit. The process was organized and efficient and they even stayed after hours to help us get the deal done in one evening. Virgil Avery was incredibly helpful in guiding us and quite honestly, just plain wonderful! Bubba, in finance, explained everything and was very kind. The whole experience was positive! We love our KIAs!!!
